Individual Therapy

I practice unconditional positive regard for all clients and partner with you to develop the tools needed to best navigate life. Sessions are focused on symptom reduction and total wellness – emotional, spiritual, physical, financial, and relational. Emphasis is placed on the work you do your personal life to development a positive experience. You can expect that I will support you, listen attentively, model a healthy and positive relationship experience, give you appropriate feedback, and follow ethical guidelines. In addition to overcoming barriers – I help clients increase positive emotions such as joy, compassion, peace, self-esteem, spiritual connection, and love. Together we work toward wellness!

Couples Therapy

Couples counseling is one of my passions! I firmly believe that we are all deserving of full emotional and physical acceptance in our primary relationships. I blend EMT (Emotion Focused Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to customize an approach focused on decreased conflict and increased emotional needs awareness. Working with clients to improve their connections and create love that is free of attack, appeasement, defensiveness, demands, and withdrawal is a blessing and a privilege.

Specialized Therapy

I have all types of clients working through a variety of highs and lows, ranging from mild to severe. Additionally, my continuing education is focused on best providing the appropriate support to unique concerns that require a specialized approach. For many years I have helped clients to better manage Anxiety and debilitating symptoms through energy techniques and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I have supported clients to combat Eating Disorders and maintain recovery. I have also worked closely with the LGBTQ community, specifically clients in gender transition.
